Need Translation? Read this.
All modern browsers have built-in translation. Instructions for the most popular ones appear below.
NOTE: We recommend using Google Chrome.
Go to Settings and more (the three dots in the top right corner), choose Settings from the drop-down, and then choose Languages from the left sidebar. Add your preferred language if it does not appear in the Preferred Languages section. Turn on the "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language I read" setting. This will allow Edge to automatically prompt you to translate pages written in languages not on your preferred list.
Go to Settings, then choose Languages from the left-hand menu (or ≡ menu) and turn on "Use Google Translate". Choose your language for the "Translate into this language" setting. For automatic translation of English websites, add English to the "Automatically translate these languages" section.
-
On macOS, click on the Translate button
displayed on the right-hand side of the Smart Search field (address bar) in Safari. From the drop-down, choose the language to translate into. If prompted, click on Enable Translation. If you do not see your preferred language, click on "Preferred Languages" in the drop-down to manage your preferred languages.
-
On iOS or iPadOS, tap the Page Menu button
and then tap "Translate Website...". Choose the language to translate into. If prompted, tap on Enable Translation. If you do not see your preferred language, tap on "Preferred Languages" to manage your preferred languages.
Ensure your browser is version 118 or higher, then go to the settings and enable the built-in translation feature. You can also customize your translation preferences and select your preferred languages from the settings menu.
If you would like to translate pages in your language, check the help for your browser for information on how to set it up. Alternatively, you can do a search for "how to set up translation in ___", replacing ___ with the name of your browser.
