Manage Your Account Information
New Users
  • If you are setting up a new account, the Create Your Account page will appear. Select three security questions from the choices and enter the corresponding answers. Remember these for future access to your account.
  • Click Create Your Account to save your question choices and answers.
Existing Account Users
  • If you have an existing account, you will be prompted to answer one of your security questions every time you return to the site. If you answer incorrectly, you will be presented with another security question. If you answer incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the site and will have to contact the Smart Card Help Desk for assistance. You can update your security questions and answers at any time to make sure that they are memorable.
  • Once you have a completed and verified application connected to your account, your personal information will appear on this page. NOTE: You must submit a renewal application in order to change your photo.
  • To change your email address, you must enter your new email address when gaining access to the site, choosing the "My email has changed" option when asked. See the Access help page for more information.
  • Click Save My Changes to save your updates or Cancel My Changes to discard changes.
To return to this page to update your account information, choose Edit Your Account from the "Do Something Else" drop-down menu.
