Welcome to the Smart Card application. Your agreement to the general terms and conditions of the Smart Card issued by Words of Peace Global is required to proceed.

A Smart Card is available only to people who have learned the techniques of Knowledge as taught by Prem Rawat, otherwise your application will be rejected.

Before you get started on your application, you will need:

1. A recent passport-style digital color photograph of yourself in JPEG format. The photo should show your full face with a plain, light-colored background. For details, click on the “Photo Information” link in the footer of any page on this site.
2. If you are an existing Smart Card holder, have your Smart Card available as you proceed. NOTE: If your card is more than five years old, you will need to renew it. If your Smart Card is more current, use its information to connect it with your new virtual Smart Card account.

1. Once you are ready to begin the application or renewal process, you will be prompted for a current email address to receive an activation email. To ensure you receive emails from this site, add smartcardadmin.org to your Safe Senders or Contacts list.
2. Next steps depend on the status of your account as follows:
• If an existing account is found, an activation email will be sent to the email you provided.
• If you have never applied for a Smart Card on this site, choose "I have never been to this site before." An activation email will be sent to you.
• If you previously applied for a Smart Card on this site using a different email address, choose "My email has changed." You will be guided through a process to find and update the account with your current email. Once updated, an activation email will be sent to your current email.
• If someone else applied for you and used an old email, follow the directions in 2a. above.
• If you don’t see an email with the subject “Activation email,” check your junk or spam folder for an email from admin@smartcardadmin.org. Add this email address to your Safe Senders or Contact list.
3. To gain access to the site and proceed, you can either (a) Click on the link provided in the Activation email and be directed back to the site, or (b) Copy the activation code provided in the email and paste it into the field indicated.
4. After you follow the link or provide the activation code, the following will occur:
• If you are a new user setting up an account, the Edit Account page will appear. Select three challenge questions from the choices and enter the corresponding answers. Remember these for future access.
• If you have an existing account, you will be prompted to answer one of your challenge questions. If you answer incorrectly, you will be presented with another challenge question. If you answer incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the site and will have to contact our help desk for further assistance.
