Welcome to the Smart Card Application Site.

A Smart Card is available only to people who have learned the techniques of Knowledge as taught by Prem Rawat, otherwise your application will be rejected.

Before you get started on your application, you will need:

1. A recent passport-style digital color photograph of yourself in JPEG format. The photo should show your full face with a plain, light-colored background. For details, see the Photo Requirements help page or click on the "Photo Requirments" link in the footer of any non-help page.
2. If you are an existing Smart Card holder, have your Smart Card available as you proceed. NOTE: If your Smart Card is more than five years old, you will need to renew it. If your Smart Card is more current, use its information to connect it with your new virtual Smart Card account.

1. Once you are ready to begin the application or renewal process, you will be prompted for a current email address to receive an activation email. To ensure you receive emails from this site, add to your Safe Senders or Contacts list.
2. Next steps depend on the status of your account as follows:
• If an existing account is found, an activation email will be sent to the email address that you provided.
• If you have never applied for a Smart Card on this site, choose "I have never been to this site before". An activation email will be sent to you.
• If you previously applied for a Smart Card on this site using a different email address or if someone else applied for you and used a different email address, choose "My email has changed". You will be guided through a process to find and update the account with your current email address. Once updated, an activation email will be sent to your current email address.
• If you do not see an email with the subject "Activation email", check your junk or spam folder for an email from . Add this email address to your Safe Senders or Contact list.
3. To gain access to the site and proceed once you have received the "Activation email", you can either
   • (a) Click on the link provided in the email and be directed back to the site,
   • - OR -
   • (b) Copy the activation code provided in the email and paste it into the field indicated.
4. After you follow the link or provide the activation code, the following will occur:
• If you are a new user setting up an account, the Create Your Account page will appear. Select three security questions from the choices and enter the corresponding answers. Remember these for future access to your account.
• If you have an existing account, you will be prompted to answer one of your security questions. If you answer incorrectly, you will be presented with another security question. If you answer incorrectly three times, you will be locked out of the site and will have to contact the Smart Card Help Desk for further assistance.
