Prepare Applications for Others

Here is where you can prepare and track applications for others.

Here is how this works:

Click on the rose-colored button to start the application process.
You may enter an email address for the person you are preparing the application for. This is optional. It cannot be the same email address as yours.
Click continue.
You will then be asked whether the person you are applying for already has a Smart Card.

If they do, select Yes and follow the instructions on the 'Card Connect' help page.
If they do not, select No and follow the instructions on the 'Applying' help page.

If you have any prepared applications that were submitted but not yet completed, or any that were issued in the last 12 months, they will appear in the first section.
If you have any saved applications (started but not yet submitted), they will appear in the second section. You may continue to work on these applications by clicking on the person's name.
Your completed applications will appear in the third section. Click on the person's name to renew their application.
