Checking the Progress of Your Application
Your submitted application goes through a process to verify that you have received the techniques of Knowledge (for new applications) and that your photo is suitable for displaying on your Smart Card (for both new and renewal applications).
The application status page automatically appears and shows the status of your application while it is being processed.
You will receive the following emails during the processing of your application:
- A notification that your application has been received.
- A notification that your application has been verified. It will include your Smart Card credentials. These can be used, if needed, before your Smart Card is ready.
- A notification that your Smart Card is ready.
