Navigating the Application Site
When first starting out, it is a good idea to review the site layout. Click
here
to view it. Gaining access to this site is explained by clicking
here
or by clicking on the ? on the page as explained below.
This Site Includes Context Sensitive Help - Here's how it Works*
There are two ways to access the context sensitive help pages:
- Click on the question mark in the header. This will bring up the instructions in a separate tab or window in your browser.
- Click on the word 'here' in the blue banner just below the header. This will bring up the instructions in a separate tab or window in your browser.
The most effective way to use the help pages is to move them to a new browser window (if they are not already there). In most modern browsers, you can do this by clicking on the tab with the help page and dragging it away from the browser window. You can then rearrange the windows so that they are side-by-side. You then will be able to view the help page while working on your application.
There are buttons along the top of the help page with the different help topics. Click on the topic you are interested in to switch to that help page.
When you wish to dismiss the help page, click on the Close Window button. If you leave the help page tab or window open, subsequent clicks on the question mark or the 'here' button will load the new help page into the same tab or window.
* Please note that the help system, and indeed this whole site, works best when used with a computer rather than a mobile device.
